The site selection of emergency rescue base plays an important role in dealing with traffic accidents along the Yangtze River waterway. Emergency rescue base is used to store emergency resources, and whether emergency resources can be transported to the accident point in time determines the efficiency of accident handling. Therefore, the location of the site determines the distance and coverage of emergency assistance. The site selection of emergency rescue base method of the Yangtze River waterway is different from the road site selection of emergency rescue base. There is no specific route for planning, and it is also affected by the natural and social environment. The characteristics of the accident rate of each section of the Yangtze River should be considered, so there are many uncertain constraints. In this paper, the site selection model of emergency rescue base based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is constructed, and the target layer, criterion layer and scheme layer are established by analytic hierarchy process, and the priority relationship is established. The weight value of each factor in the target is calculated and evaluated This paper combines the objectivity of the analytic hierarchy process with the inclusivity of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and puts forward a new practical and reliable method for the optimal decision of the site selection of the emergency rescue base.
