Nowadays, the use of electrically propelled unmanned aerial vehicles is a reality that provides enormous advantages in different fields of application, although the short period of operation is one of the clearest handicaps. After reviewing the current recharging systems for this type of vehicle, the design of a platform with autonomous navigation for wireless recharging of UAVs is proposed, providing greater flexibility in the design of UAV missions. In addition, this platform works through sustainable energy based on photovoltaic and hydrogen technologies with fuel cells.
