Presents a collection of slides covering the following topics:TBO for equipped traffic in the high altitude airspace offers interesting benefits to equipped traffic; There is no indication that ATC centers need modification to support TBO, but; Some centers benefit more from TBO operations when there is a high level equipage while others mitigate the impact better at low equipage levels; However for high equipage levels, some sectors located entirely within the TBO airspace or straddling this airspace will need redesigns to cope with new traffic patterns; Average gains to equipped traffic through TBO are 11 nautical miles and 1.6 minutes less time in flight; TBO Direct routing results in a considerable reduction of conflicts in the high altitude airspace and suggests lower controller workload (i.e. increased capacity) and improved levels of safety; An overall reduction of total conflicts in the NAS of 10%, 12%, 16% and 15% respectively for B100, B75, B50 and B25 implies increased safety (even though more flights are condensed into the lower airspace); Indicators follow an upward trend proportional to the percentage of Non-TBO equipped aircraft; Growth rates are quite different from center to center and with highest growth rates occurring in the Midwest centers near the middle of the CONUS.
