We have developed a new free energy model of hexaferrite for the theory of ferromagnetic resonance by Kittel. This study showed that by using this free energy model we were able to derive resonance conditions for M and Y-types. In addition to that we were able to present the angle dependence of the basal plane anisotropy field of Y-type. In order to show that our theory is applicable to other hexaferrites, we also present our results for W and Z-type. Throughout this paper millimeter wave susceptibilities are discussed in terms of Polder manner. This is a unique model for MMW hexaferrite.
