This paper explores innovative strategies for reducing carbon emissions through improved logistics transport management practices. Using real-world data, the study identifies inefficiencies in fuel use, suboptimal vehicle speed, and tire pressure, and presents actionable recommendations such as load optimization, speed policy, and preventive maintenance practice, without investment in fleet upgrading or adoption of renewable energy. The findings demonstrate significant reductions in GHG emissions while maintaining operational efficiency, providing a scalable model for sustainable logistics.
