In this paper, we present a simple digital reconstruction method for three dimensional (3D) integral imaging (II) with an application in digital magnification. Simple quadruple pixel extraction is proposed to digitally reconstruct 3D II images, improving resolution and detail appearance. We propose this technique to be applied in 3D digital magnification without lens movement and by increasing the number of magnification algorithms. All digitally magnified 3D II images results show good behavior compared with optical magnification.
