With the continuous development of modern information technology, especially the improvement of the level of navigational aid informatization, the importance of constructing a navigational aid telemetry and remote control system has gradually emerged. By applying the navigational aid telemetry and remote control system to navigational aid management, the working status of navigational aids can be monitored in real-time, promptly restoring and maintaining abnormal navigational aids, reducing the costs of navigational aid maintenance and management, and thus promoting the level of navigational aid management. Based on an introduction to the main functions, working principles, and structural components of the navigational aid telemetry and remote control system, this paper elaborates on its application in navigational aid maintenance management. It highlights features of the system such as advanced communication methods, wide coverage, high positioning accuracy, and good extensibility. Through examples, results show that the navigational aid telemetry and remote control system can promote the external public service capacity, improve the efficiency and quality of navigational aid maintenance and monitoring management, and achieve satisfactory results.
