• Compared the performance of four alternative stalemate resolution algorithms on highly-constrained NAS-wide scenarios • Studied Stalemate Resolution alternatives enabling all flights to land successfully without violating sector capacities • Alternatives 3 and 4 appeared to be the most viable options • Deterministic and stochastic sector entry logic was implemented • Measured how queuing delays and sector Load Factors would be impacted by allowing sector capacity to be exceeded with a linearly-reducing probability function.
