In recent years, with the rapid development of China's aviation industry, self-developed large aircraft have made successful test flights. Model airplanes are becoming a popular toy all over the country. In this paper, a common small unpowered aircraft model in the current market as the research object, with EPP - foamed polypropylene as the base material, through the existing unpowered aircraft model in the fuselage and wing structure of the optimization design, in order to make the aircraft model in flight lag time and jetting trajectory can be improved and optimized in two aspects.
