In order to improve the efficiency and scientificity of the allocation of feeder flights, this paper applies the theory of dynamic programming to the decision-making of feeder flight time allocation, establishes the assignment model with the objective function as the largest contribution to the network, collects flight time information data and makes full use of flight time. Resources to maximize the economic benefits of airlines. Taking the flight time allocation of each airport in the three provinces as an example, the factors and principles of flight time setting are introduced. Combined with the flight time of historical data, the time configuration model is established and simulated by Matlab.
