New optical vibrometer using a self-mixing laser diode is demonstrated experimentally. Peak-to-peak amplitude 20nm-90nm of a piezoelectric transducer (PZT) vibrating at 20kHz was measured with accuracy 2%-17%, and 10% average, while accuracy by simulation about 4%.
