An approach for a multi-channel coherent Radio-over-Fiber-system operating the the W-Band is presented. Optical carrier generation using a Mach-Zehnder-Modulator and an SOA is demonstrated and the multi-channel capability shown for two data channels. The system performance is validated by experimental results demonstrating the capability for Multi-Gbps wireless transmission.
