The proposed system known as "Human Stress and Zone-Based Vehicle Speed Control" is a modern and state-of-the-art method to promote road safety by combining real-time monitoring of driver stress with automatic speed control in specified zones. It employs a range of physiological sensors like temperature, heart rate, and galvanic skin response (GSR) to measure the level of stress in the driver. When detecting increased stress, the system immediately simulates slowing down the vehicle speed, thus reducing driver distraction and the risk posed by slowed reaction times. Besides, speed control is implemented through radio frequency identification (RFID) in sensitive areas to include school and hospital campuses. This environmental speed adaptation in real-time fuses environmental information with driver-centered stress monitoring for optimal driving behavior. Monitoring both environment and driver stress also forms the two-pronged approach, which aids in compliance with traffic rules and overall road safety. Human Stress and Zone-Based Vehicle Speed Control is a cutting-edge, innovative, and integrated system that uses state-of-the-art technology to encourage responsible and safer driving.
