We report our recent studies about all-optical nonlinear switching action in high-Q-resonator-waveguide resonator-waveguide resonator-waveguide coupled systems in Si photonic crystal slabs. We will also discuss wavelength conversion process and optical memory action by using the dynamic tuning of these systems.
