As the information society advances, there is a necessity for the development of communication technologies including wireless LAN to transmit rich content such as ultrahigh definition images and large-volume sensing data to and from mobile devices over the wireless access network. Currently, we study new architecture and channel access protocol to realize multi stream transmission (joint transmission : JT), enabling simultaneous transmission from multiple access points (APs) to a single station over wireless LAN. If a frame error occurs in JT, retransmission of the frame is required. Therefore, in this paper, we propose multiple types of procedures for JT including retransmission. Through numerical analysis, the retransmission delay and the goodput of these types are compared.
