This research suggests that because of higher efficiency and long range power transfer capabilities, $EF_{2}$ resonant inverters are widely employed in wireless power transfer system. This inverter operates based on the principles of resonant inductive coupling, where resonant circuits are used to transfer power wirelessly between the transmitter and receiver coil. So implementing a high-frequency $EF_{2}$ inverter, the higher-order harmonics can gradually increase the system's overall performance. The proposed inverter with second-order harmonics can reduce the effect of high switching losses of the MOSFET by adding an extra resonating circuit with an existing class E inverter. For the inverter operating at a frequency of 100 KHz and power output of 100W, the design procedure, power loss analysis, and the functioning of the given circuit and different circuit component calculation are analysed in this paper. This type of inverter can be able to transfer power wirelessely for application like implantable medical devices, EV charging, power plants, autonomous robert, and other high-frequency power transfer annlications.
