Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) must fly only with IFR (Instrument Flight Rule), not with VFR (Visual Flight Rule). Therefore, air surveillance systems such as radar are very important. However, the radar provides aircrafts position every 5 ∼ 10 seconds, also if the aircrafts size is small, it is difficult to obtain the aircrafts position.
