The positioning accuracy of GNSS receiver mainly depends the two factors. One is the precision of the ranging, and the other is the geometric distribution of the navigation satellites. In this paper, the User Range Error (URE) is analyzed at first. Secondly, an evaluation method of the URE and the global GNSS positioning accuracy with the precise products, including the satellite ephemeris and clock bias, ionosphere grid, is proposed. Finally, the recent products provided by analysis center of the international GNSS Monitoring and Assessment System (iGMAS) are used for the assessment of the Global GNSS positioning accuracy. The simulation results indicate that the mixed constellation (GPS/BDS) can provide more robust navigation services and more precision than a single system.
