Distributed Integrated Modular Avionics (DIMA) architecture evolves from Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA), and the distributed processing resources can be connected by Time-Triggered Ethernet (TTEthernet). Reducing the influence of Time-Triggered (TT) traffic on Rate-Constrained (RC) traffic transmission is a significant problem in TT scheduling optimization, even if there is no RC traffic configuration. This paper proposes an improved TT scheduling method, which optimizes TT frame arrangement without RC traffic configuration. This approach adopts TT frame dispersion to describe the worst case of frame relative position uniformity and enhances RC traffic real-time performance by increasing the dispersion. Experimental results show that the improved method can reduce the influence of TT traffic on RC traffic by up to 26.6% and the end-to-end delay of RC traffic by up to 12.4%.
