In the missile launch mission, to better play the performance of the missile, it is necessary to optimize the overall parameters of its flight program, such as optimizing the missile quality when the minimum distance is satisfied. In this paper, the simulated anneal-particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to design the overall parameters and the optimal flight program of a ballistic missile in the form of a given payload and an engine, and it is applied to calculate the fitness function. The experimental results show that the modified method improves the searchability, provides a new idea for the optimization of the missile's overall parameters, reduces the bad influence of the particle swarm optimization algorithm's weak global search ability, fully exploits the maximum range under each mass, and further optimizes the engine mass under the range.
