In order to systematically analyze the causes and formation paths of ship grounding accidents, a human and organizational factor analysis method based on the combination of Human Factor Analysis and Classification System and Fuzzy Bayesian Network is proposed. Firstly, the system framework of stranding accident analysis is established based on HFACS, and the human and organizational factors inducing ship stranding accidents are identified and researched through the method of stranding accident investigation report mining; then a Bayesian network-based ship accident causation model is constructed by combining ship accident investigation report and expert research, and the Bayesian network model is quantitatively analyzed by combining fuzzy logic; finally, the sensitivity analysis of the ship stranding accident causation model is conducted. The results show that the formation path of ship grounding accident considering human and organizational factors is poor safety atmosphere - inadequate supervision - insufficient knowledge and skills training - improper lookout - failure to identify danger in time - failure to take timely positioning and adjust course - ship grounding accident. The model and research results can provide reference and reference for ship grounding accident prevention and shipping enterprise safety management.
