• SCDM Simulation built on MSE provides monte-carlo modeling of metering performance reflecting SCDM ConOps • We believe this to be the first attempt to characterize the performance of the SCDM ConOps across a range of realistic input and data quality • Results show that in moderate queuing situations, performance is highly dependent on accurate EOBT information from flight operators • In heavier queuing situations, EOBT information is slightly less important • In all cases, accurate capacity forecast information is very important • Choice of operating parameters and responsiveness of all participants are very important for success of SCDM departure metering • Additional focused cases and simulation runs are being conducted to help the FAA assess deployment of the system
