Electronic commerce as a new model of business operation plays an important role in promoting global economic development. Electronic commerce is changing many aspects of logistics, and promoting the development of logistics greatly. At the same time, if there is no modern logistics, business activities will become difficult. For enterprises, the right logistics model chosen is necessary. Therefore, the scientific logistics decision-making method should be applied by enterprises for their own development. On the base of research about the logistics current situation of developed countries and developing countries, through detailing analysis and comparison three models of self-logistics, logistics outsourcing and logistics alliance, the strengths and weaknesses of different models is pointed out. Existing logistics model decision-making methods had been detailed analysis, in order to make up their flaws and shortcomings, and a new method based on logistics strategic position of enterprises has been proposed. It has some reference for logistics model decision-making of Chinese enterprises under electronic commerce.
