This paper describes the operational flow of a twin nano satellite mission, STUDSAT-2, which aims to demonstrate intersatellite communication between two satellites. The satellites are in along-the-track constellation architecture with the Master Satellite sending position data of the first image location on orbit and velocity of master satellite from GPS module to the Slave satellite via ISL. Operational modes are defined based on power budget analysis. Power budget analysis is based on power requirements of all the subsystems at different modes of operations. Operational flow for various subsystems is described in detail with explanations of the modules interfaced. Dependence of different subsystem like Attitude Determination & Control System (ADCS), Electrical Power Subsystem (EPS), On-Board Communication (OBC) Subsystem and Payload on Command & Data Handlings (C and DH) Subsystem, the brain of satellite, is shown through flowchart of mission sequence.
