Summary form only given. The purpose of this presentation is to analyze comparatively different laser types, regardless of brand name, by demonstrating their optimal applications and to discuss several new applications previously not described. The degree of success, when treating is largely determined by the techniques of application, as well as choice of optimal wavelengths and configuration of the laser light. Most recently I have developed several applications which now make it possible to treat virtually all manner of scars, that is erythematous, hypopigmented, atrophic, hypertrophic, depressed, keloid from any cause such as post surgical, chicken pox, acne and accidental injuries. I have now treated over 4000 scars with great success using different lasers and techniques. Each type of scar best responds to different laser types. Therefore it is vital that appropriate lasers and techniques are implemented and tailored to each individual case.<>
