In recent years, with the development and progress of science and technology, to maintain electromagnetic silence and reduce external interference as much as possible, the UAV cluster decided to use the method of bearing-only passive positioning to adjust the position of the UAV when carrying out formation flight. In This paper, the method of bearings-only passive location for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) formation flying is solved, the ideal coordinates are established based on the triangular model, and the conical formation of UAV is determined based on bearings-only passive location by discussing the case of known signal source information and considering the possibility of relative position between the signal source and UAV. Accord to that model established accord to the known direction information under various corresponding conditions, the ideal coordinate of the target point is sol, and a corresponding position adjustment scheme is determined, Realize the precise positioning and coordinate adjustment of the unmanned aerial vehicle receiving the signal, and finally quickly and accurately adjust the special formation.
