The nonblocking 4/spl times/4 switching matrix using SOI waveguide operating at 1.55 /spl mu/m is designed and simulated in this paper. The nonblocking 4/spl times/4 switching matrix consists of eight 2/spl times/2 MMI-MZI electro-optic switches.
