The industrial robot represents a pinnacle achievement in automation technology, seamlessly integrating computer science, cybernetics, mechanics, information technology, sensing technology, artificial intelligence, and bionics. Comprising a manipulator, controller, servo drive system, and detection sensors, it stands as an indispensable asset in advanced technology domains, serving as a pivotal benchmark for a nation's industrial automation prowess. In the context of its application across industries, the automotive sector stands out as the largest consumer of industrial robots. As the automotive industry continues its relentless evolution, particularly with the rapid surge in new energy vehicle production, numerous internet-based companies have ventured into automobile manufacturing. This shift reflects society's escalating demands for enhanced automotive performance, necessitating a substantial number of experiments to refine vehicle designs. Many of these experiments lend themselves to automation through robotic operations. This paper introduces the design of an intelligent robot tailored for assisting in the performance testing of automobile brake pedals. The system comprises essential components such as a fixed frame, electric cylinder mounts, electric cylinders, rocker arms, push-pull rods, and a sophisticated controller. Notably, this robot enables the precise and automatic control of automobile pedal testing without causing any damage to the vehicle's structure and is also compatible with different vehicle models.
