In recent years, logistics has become a key part of developing the competitiveness and business performance. There is now also a major challenge for the development of the territory. The creation of a system of information-intensive data and in particular web portals is a costly task that requires considerable effort for data integration and maintenance, and does not usually require in many reusable components. This is mainly because most of the design is hard-coded in Web pages [1]. In this article, we integrate three different approaches to create a comprehensive solution to the IS to help choose the right path in professional life. Integrates (1) ontology of competence to explicit modeling different aspects of skills and relationships, (2) the formation ontology as a presentation for different training categories (3) the profession ontology that allows us to define the design of all logistics profession. The system and methodology resulting supports the creation of reusable specifications of a logistic simulator. Ontology is the basis for the creation of the Community Semantic Web portal in the project, which will help the Semantic Web research community (distributed on the Web) to exchange and share practical and effective knowledge.
