In this work, we theoretically investigate the possibility of optical spin to orbital angular momentum conversion under tight focusing using 4Pi microscopic system. When the incident beam is a vertically polarized vortex beams, by analysis of the polarization states that are associated with the SAM density, we observe spin to orbital localized conversion in the focal vector beam. We further investigate the effect of altering the sign and value of the orbital angular momentum topological charge in the incident vortex beam on the focused beam.
