For certain structural failures and damages for which redundancy cannot be employed, the best method to ensure flight safety is the self-repairing technique. Based on the characters of self-repair plane, the paper explicitly states some basic assumptions of the self-repair, and comes up with some new concepts: control input, operating input, command input, repair input and operating and control factor, etc., and their relationship. Thus it provides a simple and reliable mathematical model structure for the research on the self-repair control of plane.
