The fuzzy reasoning and evidence theory were applied to the research of civil aviation safety information fusion in this paper. In the aspect of single event information fusion, the case simulation of "severe weather" event and "runway invasion" event was studied by using fuzzy reasoning and Matlab language programming simulation, which showed the feasibility of information fusion by using fuzzy reasoning. In the aspect of multi event information fusion, the research of the paper used the evidence theory to simulate the "bad weather" event and "runway intrusion" event, which explained the feasibility of the information fusion using the evidence theory.
