Nowadays vehicles are increasing, which create difficulties in controlling traffic that leads to accidents especially in no network areas. The most essential thing is to prevent an accident, unfortunately if an accident occured it is important to detect the accident and to take immediate action on detection. This proposed system solves this issue formed on VANET[Vehicle Ad-hoc Network]. In VANET each active vehicle is observed as a node and each will communicate with one another [Vehicle to Vehicle Communication(V2V)] and the transmission between vehicle and base station(Road Side Unit) [Vehicle to Infrastructure Communication(V21)]. The previous system conveys the message with the help of GS M but it is not suitable for no network areas. In this system in order to prevent accident, this research work detects the possible parameters that cause an accident using Ultrasonic sensor to measure and alert the distance between vehicles, Alcoholic sensor to detect alcohol and a Camera which is to discover drowsiness and make the driver to wake, so he will be active and accident can be prevented and to detect accident Gyro Sensor is used. This system transmits the message with the help of RF module on detection of the above mentioned cases and within the range of RF module alert is received by moving vehicle, it will be transmitted to next active vehicle and this action will be continuedtil the active vehicle in mesh (network) area receives information. Finally the information is obtained by road side unit. The message given by alcoholic sensor and detection of drowsiness is send to the concern person in order to give them the information about the driver and the message given by Gyro Sensor is sent to the Rescue team or/and to the concern person.
