This paper splits and restructures the flight ground service process to build a topology structure model of flight ground service. The network characteristic index calculation is performed on the topological structure, and the average degree is 1.203, the average path length is 4.494, and the network diameter is 10 through the index calculation. Secondly, the characteristics of the flight ground service network are analyzed. The flight ground service network has a small-world effect and scale-free properties. Based on the calculation results of network efficiency, this paper analyzed the flight ground service network’s robustness. The results show that the flight ground service network is relatively robust when subjected to random attacks, but the rate of decline in the global efficiency of the network when it is deliberately attacked is 30.7 times the global efficiency of the random attack network, which reflects that deliberate attack is correspondingly vulnerable.
