It is proposed that by covering the front and back surfaces (partially or fully) of the Earth-pointing parabolic antenna of a geosynchronous satellite with flexible solar cell panels, an important premium of useful raw electrical power can be achieved. Merits and demerits of the proposal are discussed with various diagrams and figures.
