The current vehicle driving safety monitoring and management system cannot effectively integrate driver fatigue driving information and non-visible severe weather information in the area where the vehicle is located to carry out overall, comprehensive, active monitoring, interaction and early warning. In this paper, a multi-source information fusion vehicle traffic accident inducement monitoring and active prevention management system is developed, and technologies such as driver fatigue driving monitoring and non-visual severe weather monitoring are applied to the vehicle driving safety monitoring and management system. On this basis, a reasonable comprehensive evaluation algorithm for real-time and dynamic auxiliary safety decision-making model is established, which aims to improve the intelligent automation level of the monitoring system.
