In recent years, with the development of the civil aviation traffic control technology, more technologies are proposed to improve civil aviation’s safety and efficacy level. The multilateration(MLAT) technology is highly accepted by the civil aviation due to its high positioning accuracy and simple station deployment. Receiver as one of the key components of MLAT system, it’s coverage may affect the overall stability of the whole system. In this paper, a software is designed to decoding ADS-B message. Through analysis data collected from Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, the result shows that the software we designed in this paper successfully decoded ADS-B raw data and could helping engineers doing coverage analysis of MLAT receiver.
