Aiming at the typical failure modes of the civil aviation engine gas path, a failure simulation experiment platform was designed and constructed, and the electrostatic signals of the gas path were collected by electrostatic monitoring technology. The time domain characteristic parameters were extracted according to the characteristics of the electrostatic signals of the block failure of hot end components and the carbon deposit failure in the combustion chamber, and the fault diagnosis was conducted by the support vector machine. The results show that the diagnosis effect of the method proposed by this paper is good.
