In this paper, we present our recent advances in GaInNAs-GaAs long-wavelength lasers. GaInNAs was applied in both edge-emitting and vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers. An index-guided edge-emitting GaInNAs SQW laser diode was fabricated by the authors.
