According to the risk analysis of traffic environment and meteorological environment at Bridge-Tunnel Transition section (BTTs), and with a reference to the related research results, this article, first, formulated safety control standard and the core early warning model. Then, I present layout method for information collection and publication equipment. The intelligent early warning system at the BTTs was established. This system was composed of risk information collection, data management and analysis, risk early warning, decision backup of traffic safety management, information publication and other subsystems, which can achieve traffic risk control, traffic flow coordination and emergency treatment.
