Autonomous logistics is revolutionizing supply chain management through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), drones, and robotics, enhancing efficiency, speed, and accuracy. The synergy of these technologies optimizes warehouse operations, transportation, and last-mile delivery, reducing human intervention and operational costs. Traditional logistics systems face several challenges, including delays due to traffic congestion, high labor costs, inefficiencies in warehouse management, and the environmental impact of fuel-based transportation. These limitations hinder the ability to meet the growing demand for faster and more reliable deliveries. To address these challenges, this study proposes an AI-powered Drones and Autonomous Vehicles (AI-DAV) Framework for last-mile delivery. AI-driven systems optimize route planning, ensure real-time traffic management, and enhance operational efficiency using machine learning algorithms, IoT-based tracking, and automated navigation technologies. The proposed method employs AI-powered drones for small package deliveries in urban areas and autonomous ground vehicles for bulk transportation, reducing human dependency and enhancing precision. Robotics in warehouses further streamlines inventory handling and order fulfillment, improving overall supply chain performance. Findings suggest that the AI-DAV framework significantly reduces delivery time, operational costs, and carbon emissions while increasing accuracy and scalability in logistics operations. By leveraging AI, drones, and robotics, supply chain management becomes more efficient, sustainable, and resilient, meeting the dynamic demands of modern commerce.
