In the current century, everybody wants a modern life style to live, Majority of people wants a own vehicle. As a result of this the traffic rate on roads also increased drastically. With increase in the vehicle rate the accident rate also increased proportionally. The suitable technique that employs a faster, efficient and reliable communication can be proposed to overcome and minimize the road collision rate. Pre existing methods that works on Wifi have some limitations to be better in some conditions of the road. This paper present a well suited and robust technology to establish communication between the vehicles. This paper approached a LIFI technology to meet the challenges in the vehicular environment. Our solution is designed in a simple embedded manner with some sensors and control unit.
