Based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper introduces two latent variables, namely perceived risk and task technology matching. The system considers the influence of the latent variables on the use intention of the automated car sharing system (ACS), and explores the influencing factors and action paths of the use intention of the automated car sharing system. The questionnaire was designed according to the theoretical framework and research purpose. An empirical study was carried out in Qingdao, providing theoretical and data support for the study of the key factors affecting the intention to use in the psychological latent variables. The structural equation model of the intention to use of the automated car sharing system is constructed to verify the hypothetical path. Using empirical data, it is confirmed that the theoretical model of planned behavior after the introduction of latent variables can better explain the use intention of the automated car sharing system provide reference for the matching function of the automated car sharing system and provide theoretical support for the design and optimization of it.
