The article is an attempt to refer to the prevention of air operations in communication aviation. Overall, the framework set by the European Aviation Safety Agency allows airline managers to set quality standards and flight safety. Aviation and safety go hand in hand: air transport could not develop without strict rules guaranteeing a high level of safety. The purpose of the article is to indicate that an important issue in the prevention of flight safety is the detection and recording of aviation incidents and failure factors, their thorough investigation as well as searching for sources of threats that may, under appropriate conditions, become the cause of an air accident. Since the plane enables fast and long journeys: aviation safety also means advanced and effective international cooperation. The European Union aims to achieve the status of the safest airspace in the world by 2050.
