Unmanned Ariel vehicles are very exciting for all, and can be used by anyone; it provides a new perspective to the modern world. Misuse of drone's leads to warfare then epitomizes altogether different effect and possibly followed uncontrolled threat to society at large. UAE have been coming up with regulation to restrict and monitor the use of non-commercial usage on emerging technologies. The paper aims to address regulation, requirements, restriction, and to discuss legislation on civil aviation and flight activities on drones.
