A spectral phase-crossing algorithm for the analysis of white-light fringes obtained by use of a color-insensitive camera is presented. The technique searches for the zero group-velocity optical path difference (OPD) position from a crossing point of two phases of spectrally resolved fringes, which are obtained from the Fourier spectra of white-light interferograms.
