Due to the inaccessibility of the Arctic region, there is an acute new automotive component supplies shortage. The article develops a mathematical model that determines the main indicators of the quality of passenger vehicles (PV) to avoid these difficulties. The dependence of changes in repair and maintenance costs (RMC) based on the operation time of PV is considered. A matrix of values is constructed, considering the various cars planned mileage. The implementation scheme of the vehicle service life management system in the vehicle life cycle complex is drawn up.
