When the carrier-based aircrafts are dispatched in multiple waves, the ammunition transportation may become a key factor affecting the take-off time of each wave. Under the condition of a fixed ammunition transportation speed, only reasonable scheduling of aviation support groups can shorten the departure time of each wave. Therefore, based on the characteristics of the aviation support processes and assuming that the ammunition is supported in time, this article establishes a pre-dispatch model for aviation support groups, and then implements it according to the pre-dispatch. When the ammunition is insufficient, the relevant process in the predispatch model affected, fully reactive scheduling is adopted for the affected aviation support processes. For the pre-scheduling and fully reactive scheduling models, an improved genetic algorithm is proposed. Finally, simulation experiments verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and the improved algorithm.
