The calculation of vehicle dynamic gauge is not only an important content in the process of vehicle design, but also an important guarantee for safe driving. According to En15273, this paper checks and analyzes the gauge of the EMU. Besides, this paper calculates the maximum structural profile of the vehicle to check whether the design profile of the vehicle meets the requirements of the gauge standard. The calculation conditions include non-start and start of the swing mechanism. The results show that the design profile of vehicle body and bogie is within the maximum structural profile of the vehicle and meets the gauge requirements of En15273.The pantograph fails to meet the clearance requirements under the condition of pantograph lowering and electrification. The pantograph does not meet the gauge requirements in the rising state.
