PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointer type gauge having alarm display parts that are not easily visually recognized when a light emitting device is not turned on.SOLUTION: A pointer drive part rotates a pointer. A display board has scale parts 41a that are indicated by the pointer. The display board has alarm display parts 42 that displays alarm information, and light transmissive decorative parts 49 that are formed at portions corresponding at least to the alarm display parts 42. The light transmissive decorative parts 49 are not formed at portions corresponding to the scale parts 41a.
